Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of new programs or initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for new programs aligned with organizational mission and objectives.
- Develop strategic plans and proposals for program implementation and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise for program development.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
- Secure funding and resources through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance, outcomes, and impact.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of program activities and expenditures.
