Jobs Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile the benefits for employees of the company. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure the monitoring, handling, accuracy, and necessary adjustments of Health and life Insurance of the employees. Ensure trail balance maintenance at each quarter. Prepare & maintain bank reconciliation at the end of every month.
- Maintain data of advances to vendors and employees during the monthly financial closing.
- Maintain the record of transport utilization revenue.
- Evaluate the accounts payable ageing balances reflected in trail balance.
- Ability to follow through with multiple complex tasks with minimum supervision to derive the desired result.
