By Pakistan Oilfields Limited, Rawalpindi Qualification:
- BE /B Sc (Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or Relevant) An additional degree in MBA will be a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of Fleet Management / Fleet Operations in a large size Company with at least a fleet of 70 to 80 vehicles. Skills: Demonstrate sound knowledge of Automotive (Diesel and Petrol) engines operation / troubleshooting and maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical). Ability to effectively control mileage of fleet, drivers’ extra-duty and messing charges etc. Ability to understand operation and maintenance of earth moving equipment, cranes, fork lifters etc.
- Ability to use CMMS for managing spare parts/ inventory. Ability to work in complex environment and experience in handling workers/contractors etc.
- Proficient in use of MS Office applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing auto workshop operation and daily maintenance activities.
- Handling daily vehicle log sheets and prioritize job plan accordingly and Developing and implementing SOP for safe operation of fleet vehicles.
- Scheduling and planning preventive maintenance/ Corrective maintenance of all fleet equipment.
- Delegating and managing all vehicle requirement efficiently and Maintaining 3rd party inspections / certifications for the equipment / machinery. Preparing OPEX and CAPEX Budget.
- Local vendor development for carrying out emergency maintenance. Implementing Company Policy & Procedures to execute daily operations effectively.
- Managing staff and ensure their need for training and development.
