Middle Management Position – Installation Manager-Shikarpur & Karachi

Posting Locations: Karachi and Shikarpur.  

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in HSE and industry standards will be preferred.

Experience:

• Preferably 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.          
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with emergency response and crisis management protocols
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automation and control systems for inventory management

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide clear guidance and leadership for Terminal Operations, aligned with the performance expectations set by the management.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of POL products (receipts, storage, dispatches) at the facility.
• Maintain optimum inventory and ensure efficient stock variance management.
• Coordinate and manage Mutual Aid Emergency response and Crisis Management plans effectively.
• Provide input for capital projects and oversee the execution of CAPEX projects in collaboration with facility engineers and Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE procedures, and relevant legal regulations for safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, legal requirements and regulatory standards, including visible leadership within the terminal to promote a culture of compliance and safety. Timely maintenance of facility assets and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation
