IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore                Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred

Experience:

• At east 2-3 years of experience in public health, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience working with government agencies, non-profits, or community organizations. (preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau). (preferred) Proficiency in social media management and digital communications.   

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to promote collaboration and information sharing.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote public health initiatives in infectious diseases such as TB, Hepatitis etc.
• Develop and disseminate consistent, clear, and engaging messages through various communication channels / modes and build and maintain relationships with local and regional media contacts.
• Support community engagement initiatives to raise awareness regarding key context-specific public health concerns and develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build capacity among community members and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute training materials and workshops to empower field staff in ethical storytelling and documentation and collaborate with community-based organizations / volunteer groups to identify training needs and create relevant educational materials.
• Identify and interview TB patients, ensuring their stories are documented accurately ensuring prior consent and confidentiality protocols.
• Produce various content formats, including articles, videos, and social media posts, collaborating with graphic designers and videographers to create engaging materials to highlight programmatic milestones.
• Create and manage interactive content such as info graphics, photo essays, presentations and posters to enhance storytelling.
