• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   

Experience:

• Relevant experience is preferable but not necessary.                         

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Ability to track changes effectively and maintain accurate documentation. Provide L3 operations support for PEGA application. Handle deployment and post-deployment issues to ensure seamless application functionality.
• Monitor application performance and implement enhancements as needed. Track all changes in the application, ensuring accurate documentation and version control.
• Perform defect fixing, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain application stability and Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEGA best practices and standards.
