By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi               Qualification:

  • master’s degree in business or related field from an HEC recognized university/institute.
  • Certification in HubSpot, Facebook blueprint or Google certification will be preferred.  

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience, preferably in running digital campaigns, experience in PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs and e-commerce businesses and Proven success in managing digital marketing roles. Exceptional command over Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools. 
  • Have expert knowledge of Facebook Business manager.
  • Preferably be familiar with HubSpot (this is something that the selected candidate will have to learn on the job if not already familiar) and Expert analytical skills and report compiling capabilities and Have a thorough knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and SnapChat. Own and lead online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.   

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Devise strategies and use performance-based metrics to track conversion rates and Allocate media budgets after thoroughly understanding client’s brief and objectives.
  • Tweak and optimize all campaigns while they are running for the best results. Play key role in developing components of cross-platform social media content calendars.
  • Proactively seek out online chatter (listening) relating to client brands and promptly determine the next course of action (escalate, reply, follow-up, etc.)
  • Generate timely performance reports for all digital campaigns, integrating social, paid media campaigns and web analytics (working with product/platform team)
  • Apply learnings from previous campaigns to new ones to continuously improve IBA’s performance online.
  • Use the appropriate hashtags for maximum traction.
  • Making use of analytics tools to strategize and advise on future digital strategies to clients and for internal usage of digital assets. Proactively liaise with clients for regular updates and feedback on brand performance.
  • Ensure content is proofed by Communications team for consistency of copy used on design material, social media content calendars and web assets. Schedule/ publish ads/ posts across all platforms.
