  • Bachelor’s in marketing/ media studies/ journalism/ communication

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience with the Knowledge of developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Experience of working at an advertising agency or dealing with advertising agencies/media houses would be a plus.
  • Direction & Production (Filming and shoots) Copywriting / Story boarding  Problem Solving Skills 
  • Ability to interact with different stakeholders both internally and externally with the excellent communication, presentation and writing skills Effective managerial skills
  • Networking and communication skills Thorough understanding of local and global media trends Project Management 
  • Knowledge of Canva and other design and video editing tools   

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop content and design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns and other projects.
  • Create layouts, content and ideation to illustrate the design ideas. Brainstorm ideas with marketing, communication and design team. Ensure the delivery of multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines, as assigned. Evaluate and, if necessary, alter the content of projects before forwarding it to the respective stakeholders. 
  • On-ground presence during shoots. Ensure all arrangements and requirements for shoots are completed in terms of permissions, equipment, props etc. Ensure to review and give feedback on DVCs, both first cut and final. Dealing with the external vendors e.g. advertising agencies, coverage teams etc. 
  • Writing, editing and proofreading of marketing content. 
  • Maintain effective relationships with the client, external writers, industry influencers and competing magazines or brands to ensure innovative and good quality content and design.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality control of the projects before any creative output is distributed.  
  • Ensure clear lines of communication between team members and other departments with all communications being documented. Ensure workflow management is being followed as per SOPs. Continuously research marketing trends and strategies and the technologies used in advertisement practices and share them with the team and the client.
