• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and purchasing. Strong proficiency in Odoo accounting and purchasing modules.
• Experience in the veterinary industry is helpful 

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Purchasing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. Keep record and track of all ministries’ requirements and renewals.
• Identify and source suppliers for products and services. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
• Process purchase orders and track vendor performance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies. 
• Proficiently use Odoo accounting and purchasing modules to streamline, processes and improve efficiency. Maintain and update Odoo data to ensure accuracy and completeness
