IT Manager-Multiple cities/countries

• A seasoned IT professional

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in system administration on multiple platforms, and a successful management experience. 
• A creative mindset trying to tackle challenges rapidly and with limited resources, by thinking differently.
• Hands on system administration experience on Linux and preferably another OS   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a distributed team of 3-5 IT engineers.
• Improve processes that span beyond IT to eliminate delays and manual labor, in collaboration with other parties involved in those processes and Make sure all new joiners have the hardware and software they need to hit the ground running.
• Define, track and improve user satisfaction and efficiency metrics and Create the team strategy and vision, and break it down into quarterly objectives. Drive the execution.
