Director Sales & Marketing-Karachi

Peoples Steel Mills Limited, Karachi                                       

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Business Admin, marketing or related field
• Engineering in mechanical/metallurgy engineering be preferred

Experience:

• 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing including at least 5 years in leadership position with a strong focus on the steel industry or related sections
• Proven track record of business development / marketing of steel / engineering products with adequate knowledge of governmental policies such as fiscal, tariff, trade and industrial policies and execution of government policies and statutory orders

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence and enhance brand recognition
• Set ambitious sales and export targets for both domestic and international markets, devising action plans to achieve goals
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting, performance tracking and reporting
• Set individual and team targets, regularly monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals\
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the sales and marketing teams
