Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in community & brand reputation management. 1+ years’ experience in tech/ SaaA.
• Experience with managing crisis communications and brand reputation. Experience with both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts and online communities with a global reach.
• Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to represent the Proton brand in conversations and inspire a diverse audience. Strategic planning and execution skills, with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and engagement within the community. Solid understanding and passion for the internet, pop culture, social media content, storytelling etc. EN native speaker   

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help grow the Proton community: Propose, test, and implement strategies to grow our community across various social channels, including X, Instagram, Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, Matrix, and Discord. 
• Create value-rich content: Generate compelling content that resonates with the community, drives engagement, and aims to educate/inspire/entertain existing and new audiences.         
• Listen to the Proton community: Serve as the bridge between the community and our development team. Gather feedback, monitor community sentiment, and provide insights to guide product improvements and developments. 
• Protect Proton’s reputation: Efficiently manage and mitigate any community-related issues or crises, protecting Proton’s reputation and community trust.
• Analyze and optimize our efforts: Contribute to the team’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and help make sense of our social media presence, community engagement, and content performance.
