• BSc in any discipline and an advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Leadership skills to effectively manage the NOC team.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments and with team members.
• Problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve network incidents. Decision-making abilities to handle critical situations under pressure                                        

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, ensuring effective monitoring and management of network performance.
• Oversee the resolution of network incidents and manage escalations as needed.
• Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with agreed performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of network issues and incidents.
• Implement and maintain best practices for network monitoring and incident management.
