Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, repairs, and maintenance of hydraulic hoses and fittings.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Experience in field service work and troubleshooting. Valid driver’s license (if field service is required).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on hydraulic hoses and fittings, both in the workshop and on-site as required and Conduct inspections to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Promote and sell hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related services to clients and Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times.
