- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial awareness, and material properties to create harmonious designs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Transform client visions into immersive 3D interior spaces using advanced software tools and artistic flair.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to understand spatial dynamics, lighting, and structural constraints.
- Create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct client presentations to showcase design proposals and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently, ensuring successful delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including floor plans and specifications, to guide implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards in all designs.
