• Any Graduation, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management.

Experience:

• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related high-end retail sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Passion for luxury vehicles and a solid understanding of the automotive industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skill

Key responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Engagement: Proactively identify and engage potential customers to build relationships and generate leads. Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle, ensuring a tailored approach. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting unique features, benefits, and specifications. Client Experience: Provide a seamless and luxury buying experience, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Coordinate test drives and follow up with clients to address questions or concerns. Assist clients through the sales process, including financing, trade-ins, and paperwork.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all models, trims, and customization options available. 
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Attend networking events and luxury brand activities to represent the dealership and cultivate connections. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor and report on sales performance and opportunities for growth. Administrative Duties: Ensure accurate record-keeping for all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare and deliver sales reports as required by management.
