Key responsibilities:
- Management and planning of daily fleet sales operations, ensuring efficient processes, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Primary point of contact for business clients, handling their queries and concerns while tailoring fleet solutions based on their specific business needs.
- Manage and negotiate large volumes of sales to external businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Responsible for identifying new corporate clients, monitoring market trends, and proposing promotions or areas for improvement to enhance brand awareness
