- 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization or law firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Able to provide expert interpretation and guidance on relevant national and international laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Capable of overseeing all litigation matters across various courts, judicial, and quasi-judicial forums, ensuring the company’s interests are vigorously protected.
- Able to manage external counsels, providing clear direction and ensuring cost-effective and successful outcomes and to protect the company’s position. Able to act as advisor to senior management, providing comprehensive legal counsel at every stage of the business lifecycle to proactively mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Possesses a strong understanding of and the ability to draft and negotiate various commercial documents and agreements for Oil & Gas Business. Able to cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with joint venture partners, government officials, and industry counterparts, fostering a positive and productive environment.
