• ACA / ACMA / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Accounting / Commerce Law or related field from HEC recognized institutions

Experience:

• 15 years’ of relevant experience with minimum 06 years in senior management position.                   

Jobs Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance monitoring tools and control processes to ensure that legal and regulatory obligations are met. Develop strategy and draft a compliance policy framework that supports the business plan.
• Facilitate regulators during inspections and resolve queries.
• Update compliance manuals from time to time.
• Oversee the development of control systems to prevent violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Implement AML / KYC / CFT policies and guidelines.
• Ensure regular training is provided to staff at all levels so they are fully aware of and in compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Sign off on new businesses/products, third-party non-recurring contracts, and documentation.
• Review the business’s compliance monitoring activities in accordance with a plan agreed upon with top management.
