• Master/MBA of Marketing related fields e.g., Marketing Management etc., from HEC Recognized University.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years, Preference will be given to individuals with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the related field. Skills: Admission Management, Admission Handling, Career Counseling, Student Counseling, Admissions Counseling

Job Description:

• Develop all activity in respect of student admissions to Islamic International Medical College-Trust and Riphah International University. Ensure that the organization adheres to standardized enquiry handling protocol through the Complaint management system and to produce weekly student number reports.
• Take a data-led approach, using all available performance data, to continually update the organization’s admissions policies and procedures. Ensure records concerning student records, visits and registrations are up to date. Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the admission staff.
• Ensure that the Admissions team are efficient and diligent in processing student applications, reviewing and following up in a timely manner, plus the closure of unproductive inquiries.
• Ensure the Admissions team provides a high standard of service to parents, encouraging personal contact through face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations rather than relying on emails.
• Ensure that the Admissions and Marketing departments are fully integrated and engaged in all aspects of organization life.
