• Fresh CA / ACMA Or ACCA / MBA preferably in Finance from HEC recognized university

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise integrity between the general ledger and fixed asset system by reconciling changes in the fixed asset balances and completing a monthly-consolidated roll forward report.
• Review periodic Vehicle Dashboard (MIS) and key assets for review by senior management.
• Review periodic Accounts & MIS pertaining to Fixed Assets for submission to senior management.
• Facilitate Tariff Section (Regulatory Affairs) in providing MIS reports related to Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) templates, government and external auditors.
• Maintain consistent and accurate corporate accounting for assets, depreciation, capital expenditures, and leases in accordance with IFRS/IAS and company fixed asset / lease policy.
• Review the reconciliation entries of CAPEX and Capitalization as per GL and FA module on a periodic basis.
• Review monthly financial reporting of CAPEX and capitalization of fixed assets, depreciation expense, and disposals/transfers/ adjustments. Review monthly MIS reports including CAPEX and capitalization trend, Projects (Budget and CWIP analysis).
• Facilitate senior management with monthly and quarterly reporting responsibilities for capital spending, intangibles and fixed asset schedules and footnotes. Coordinate with civil works regarding cost of capital projects of building construction.
• Monitor the compilation of civil project costs to fixed asset accounts, and close out accounts once the related projects have been completed.
• Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets. Review tax schedules pertaining to fixed assets for Taxation Department.
• Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role. Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
