Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents / contracts prior to approval by the senior management. Review tender evaluation reports prepared by Procurement to ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) and prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of SSGCL. Conduct evaluation of Reports and terms of reference of project agreement/contract which includes verification of stamp duty, Insurance Policy, Undertaking, PBG, LTP, Payment Structures, BOQ, and PO/SPO etc. Follow the system established by SSGC and Regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, procedures and laws.
- Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role. Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
