  • Law Graduate degree

Experience:

  • 5 years plus of relevant experience laws & rules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, Examining and Vetting of all legal documents (especially Property Documents from all over Pakistan & its Capital, Provinces, AJK and GB) and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers to ensure documents are legally sound;
  • Coordination with strict follow ups and Briefing / discussion with the lawyers for Property related / legal cases assigned to them and to negotiate the fees structure of the Advocates.
  • Ensure that the Bank has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of the country.
  • Liaison with Internal/External/SBP Auditors for conducting Legal Audit as a Coordinator, liaison with team Members of Legal Division & External Auditors for preparing of ICM (Internal Control Manual).
  • Prepare monthly Statement (MIS) of assigned task. • Drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, non-disclosure agreements, Intellectual property rights etc.
  • Drafting and vetting of MOA, MOU, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds if any, Undertakings and authority Letters, vendor contracts, etc. • Furnish Legal opinion on corporate matters.
  • Furnish Legal Clearance on Charge forms. • Furnish Legal opinion on account opening and furnish Legal opinion on Deceased Accounts related to Court orders, Succession Certificate & Letter of Administration and furnish Legal opinion on notices / letters from law enforcement agencies, Ministry & Regulators.
  • Vetting drafts of Bank Guarantees, Board Resolution, Agreements, MOUs & SLAs
