• Post graduate preferably Masters of Business Administration

Experience:

• minimum 6-8 Years of experience in the same subject area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In depth and comprehensive analysis of credit proposals submitted by Business Group in line with the guidelines provided by Credit Risk Policy, manual and regulatory guidelines by SBP issued from time to time • Review and Analysis of advances on a portfolio level
• Controlling and monitoring of advance features such as PPL, Industry concentrations, Segment and Industry diversifications, portfolio movements in regards to ORR/FRR etc.
• Close monitoring of watch list accounts and liaison with Business to work on regularizing the clients to keep the health of portfolio intact
• Monitoring portfolio movements and quality of advances and their impact on the yield/ profitability.
• Carry out Credit Risk Review exercise on various loan samples to identify potential areas of risk within the bank.
• Handling syndicated financing, project financing and conducting stress tests to for see credit risk in coordination with the operational/ market risk teams and formulating/updating and revising Credit policy from time to time or on a need basis 
• Review plans and actions taken on management of problem cases, and commenting on the results achieved, along with formulating strategies on problematic accounts such as NPL’s etc.
• Overseeing the reporting, to State Bank of Pakistan and recommending risk management strategies to the senior management
• Establishing procedures/ processes and risk tools for controlling & monitoring various risks faced by the Asset portfolio of the Bank.
• Review and validate various products of business from the perspective of risk identification, assessment, controls and risk evaluation of products and Formulating a strategy to monitor the movement of Credit Risk Ratings for the entire portfolio (Corporate, SME and retails) and review cases of excess over limits and deviations from internal controls policies and procedures.
