  • 1-2 Years relevant experience. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards and Ability to assess the value, importance, or quality of people.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintain CV database (Talent MIS) and share resumes with HODs and conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews, and then arrange Panel interviews according to grade.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, MIS, etc.) of new joiner ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality and coordinate with new joiners and responsible for the collection of employee personal documents.
  • New files Induction in Harmony for Payroll process within 15 days.
  • Ensure that all hiring check list are completed timely.
  • Prepare Offer letters, appointment letters, salary comparisons and Hiring Note and Maintain recruitment sheet (Hiring, Pending, attrition, vacant Data) every week.
  • Responsible for reference checks and Ensure creation of Email and Domain ID on very first day of joining.
  • Ensure update JD’s of all new and existing Employees are maintain in HR record and ensure meticulous compliance to KYC process at the time of on boarding, maintenance, payment stages and during periodic reviews of Vendors/services providers/ head hunting services/ universities/ training firms or any other relevant stakeholder in view of AML/CFT/CPE regulations within prescribed TATs and to ensure compliance by screening as per the laid down process/ guidelines.
