By Health and Safety Accord (Pvt.) Limited, Karachi Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in safety and health, law, criminology, social sciences or other relevant discipline
Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in any of the following fields: safety and health / labor law / compensation / human rights / industrial relations / anti- harassment / gender-based violence
- Extensive experience of working on grievance both judicial or non-judicial and experience of dealing with a diversity of stakeholders including employers, workers and trade unions
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complaints and conduct investigations into allegations raised in complaints
- Visit factories, as required and prepare investigation reports
- Draft notifications in English to parties at different stages of the complaint process and organize meetings with parties to complaints and prepare meeting reports
- Drafts decisions on complaints, as required and maintain timely and accurate qualitative and quantitative data on complaints and maintain relevant information systems
- Alert the Pakistan Accord leadership to any problems or challenges that arise
