  • 1 – 6 Years  Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with vehicle systems and service processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and receive customer requests efficiently and professionally. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective service recommendations.
  • Identify client requirements and accurately record vehicle issues. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Maintain excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up on job orders and service progress with internal teams and Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and policies.
  • Submit regular reports on service performance and KPIs.
  • Follow and implement EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety & Quality) guidelines
