By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- At least MBA & MS degree from HEC recognized University/Institute.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in managing/coordination of training programs/ centers.
- Record of high success rate in running open enrollment and client specific training programs would be a plus.
Jobs Description:
- Preparing the annual training calendar and course handouts.
- Managing various types of courses, including: Open Enrollment Courses, Client-Specific Courses, Virtual or Distance Learning Programs and Coordinating with practitioners and faculty for course delivery, design, materials, and related activities.
- Ensuring all training rooms/venues, equipment, catering, and other logistical requirements are booked or canceled as needed. Arranging the printing of training materials/handouts and assisting with formatting or content creation when necessary. Developing promotional material and managing its dissemination across social media platforms.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests for information. Liaising with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit, IT, Administration, and Faculty.
- Organizing client meetings for business development and program promotion.
- Performing any other tasks that may arise in support of business growth.
