Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of relevant post qualification experience in oil & gas, fertilizers, chemical industry or any other reputed industry and Working experience of fabrication of plant piping, repair of static equipment and crude oil storage tanks
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience for the maintenance of Rotary and Stationary equipment.
- Skills: Sound knowledge and skills for maintenance and troubleshooting of PD & Centrifugal Pumps, Engines, Compressors and work shop equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation of preventive maintenance plans. Perform periodic visual/physical inspection of all equipment. Complete the corrective maintenance jobs up to entire satisfaction. Identify and investigate breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment. Maintain up-to-date history of all plant machinery maintenance records. Execute the work safely and follow the company policies and procedures. Compliance to PPEs and PTW system. Perform routine services of Pumps, Engineers, Compressors and other plant equipment. Preparation of daily, monthly and major jobs reports. Creation / Completion of Work Order in EAM.
