Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and refinement of technical documents including SOPs, user manuals, field guides, inception reports, and training modules for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, policy analysis, and data-driven research for monitoring and evaluation reports. Translate complex technical processes and field operations into accessible, accurate documentation for non-technical audiences. Coordinating with project teams and sector leads to compiled survey findings, draft interim and final reports, and support dashboard development narratives.
  • Ensure quality control of technical deliverables submitted by field teams, including reviewing form content, validations, and audit trails. Collaborate with the software development team to document system workflows, screen functionalities, and integration logic (e.g., UML diagrams, flowcharts,).
  • Maintain version control and archiving for all documents, ensuring compliance with internal review protocols and donor requirements.
