By The Urban Unit, Lahore                                                    Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education IT/CS,BBA and Engineering in any discipline from HEC recognized university

Experience:

• Fresh Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity, servers, and other IT systems to ensure smooth operation. Support in Dashboard updating.
• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Install, configure, and maintain hardware (e.g., computers, servers, and printers) and software applications. Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on IT equipment.
• Keep an updated inventory of IT equipment and manage procurement when necessary.
• Provide help desk support and resolve technical issues for end-users promptly and Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures such as antivirus programs and security patches.
• Maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with policies.
• Keep and manage the records of data/Documentation.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and changes for future reference. Ensure compliance with IT policies and document adherence to standards
