Jobs Description:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize revenue and bolster the image for Serena Hotels, including exploring new markets, driving business development, and ensuring guest satisfaction and retention and coordinating with hotel sales and marketing teams, managing electronic and media campaigns, executing marketing plans, overseeing loyalty programs, and handling media, public, Government, and Diplomatic relations in line with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct marketing research and develop appropriate product positioning to ensure changing marketing trends are accounted for and advise management to determine which concept meets both guests and business needs.
  • Prepare appropriate forecasting tools and strategies to visualize market scenario and develop long, medium and short term plans based on marketing segments and in-bound / out-bound marketing activities of the Company.
  • Propose, recommend room pricing strategy in consideration with hotels market positioning, target customers and desire mix
  • Recommend and propose changes in the food and beverage pricing strategy to ensure maximum revenue through yield management. Oversee Marketing Communication Strategy including branding, public relations, advertising, information to stake holders (board papers), trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, website design and its contents. Timely circulation of Serena Craftsman to its internal and external customers through in-house Creative team.
  • Develop strategies / plans to receive market feedback about Serena image, product, services, and design action plans to improve the same that may include regular review of guest feedback form / comment cards, surveys, personal visit and e-marketing or telemarketing.
  • Development, implementation and coordination of internal and external public relations strategies, with the goal of gaining recognition in the market, promoting Serena Hotels services and establishing leadership throughout target markets.
  • Develop contact and relationships with media representatives to create opportunities for keeping the Company and its products or services in front of Public and the trade with the goal of publicizing Serena Hotels as a premiere Hotel destination for the international and domestic guests. 
  • Serve as an official spokesperson for Serena Hotels and respond to information queries from news media, stakeholders and the general public.
  • Develop overall media relations plan for the staff that execute press outreach, media events, media calls, collateral, crisis communications support and press material development.
  • Supervise and advise in interviews and subsequent writing of press releases announcing product launches and news, as well as byline articles that position our people as industry experts.
  • Ensure all written materials are timely and interesting, appropriate for target audience, grammatically correct and conforming to TPS (P) style.
  • Direct publicity programs that are designed to improve the public image of the Company.
  • Creates activities / programs to positively position Serena Hotels with marketing campaigns, using communications tools and practices to reinforce the message of the Company.
  • Improve management and associate relations by preparing and publishing the in-house newsletter or produce instructional and motivational videos in cooperation with HR department.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the image of the Company to build relationships with Federal, State and Local Authorities, Regulatory Agency Heads, and key Policymakers as well as with the Diplomatic Community.
  • Lead and direct multidisciplinary creative teams to oversee the preparation of artwork to ensure proper interpretation of the intended concepts and conformance to structural and material specifications. Lead creative team in overseeing in-house publications and online assets, offering innovative solutions to enhance market leadership
