Jobs Description:

• Responsible for directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Engineering activities, and for preparing and implementing preventive maintenance, methods and techniques, improvement programs and other Engineering projects.  Directs, coordinates and participates in all activities of engineering personnel such as:
• a. Installing, maintaining, repairing and operating Hotel machinery, equipment and related system.
• b. Fabricating, maintaining, installing or repairing plumbing and ‘sanitary facilities, Hotel means the total hotel complex locks and keys, carpentry works, concrete works, etc.
• c. Painting and varnishing surfaces, trimmings and fixtures of Hotel bulling and other structures.
• d. Maintaining of gardens and landscaping of the hotel. Develops and sees to the implementation of preventive maintenance and repair schedules for all Hotel Complex machinery equipment and other facilities.
• Develops and implements cost reduction, work simplification methods and techniques and improvement programs. Controls all hotel complex keys, initiates required changes in assignment of keys to rooms.
• Develops and implements safety’ policies and procedures, recommends necessary changes.
• Prepares and/or recommends requisitioning / ordering pertaining to maintenance equipment, materials and supplies.
• Assumes responsibility for extinguishing of fires and coordination of rescue operation until arrival of City Fire Authorities and/or Public Rescue Services.
