- DAE Mechanical Engineering
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 7 Years post qualification experience
- Skills: Preventive & corrective maintenance. Equipment installation & troubleshooting. Mechanical system inspections.
- Knowledge of HVAC, pumps, compressors, boilers, turbines.
- Reading & interpreting technical drawings (CAD, blueprints).
- Spare parts & inventory management.
- Safety compliance (OSHA, ISO standards). Root cause analysis (RCA).
- Hands-on mechanical repair & servicing
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily mechanical operations, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and engineers. Investigate equipment failures, diagnose issues, and implement repairs and Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, including spare parts and labor costs. Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and monitor results.
