• Master’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration). OR
• ACCA / ACMA /CA (Finalist) with Articles completed from a reputable CA firm

Experience:

• More than 4 years of relevant experience OR 
• 2 years or more of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• familiarity with ORACLE ERP systems will be a plus.   . 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Joint Venture operations and financial matters.
• Coordinate with JV partners and stakeholders for operational and financial updates.
• Ensure compliance with JV agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policies. Prepare and analyze JV budgets, cash calls, and cost recovery statements.
