Head Proposals & Estimation Mechanical Civil

By a public sector progressive organization, Islamabad                                  Qualification:

• BE / BE Mechanical / Civil / E & I Engineering

Experience:

• 25 years of post-qualification experience, including 8 to 10 years of relevant experience of evaluation of RFQ’s / RFPs for cost estimation / preparation of proposals for bidding for large scale projects with hands-on experience in preparation of competitive proposals encompassing process of mechanical, civil and E&I disciplines with accurate and timely cost estimation in line with client specifications 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review of engineering date and preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals
• Critical analysis of bid documents, identification of risks and opportunities, and presentation of finding to management
• Implementation of standardized practices, procedures and templates to ensure consistency and governance across projects
• Expertise in project costing, estimation, MS Project and Data Analysis Software and understanding of project contents
• Understanding of project related finance with regards to cost estimation / proposal preparation
