  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (PhD preferred)

Experience:

  • School Leadership Experience or prior teaching experience at the university level with demonstrated expertise in the subject matter of the assigned course Excellent communication and facilitation skills.            

Job Responsibilities:

  • designing and/or refining the course outline, including learning objectives, content modules, readings, assignments, and assessments. delivering lectures,
  • facilitating discussions, and guiding student learning through in-person or virtual sessions.
  • co-facilitating with AKU IED faculty. maintaining academic integrity and inclusive learning practices.
  • submitting a course report upon completion, including an overview of participants’ engagement and recommendations for future improvement.
  • developing a proposal and concept note for a self-initiated CPE, subject to approval. participating in course
  • planning and review meetings, as required. providing support for customized training sessions.
