By The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited, Lahore Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. with 02 years in similar position
Roles & Responsibility:
- Supervise the entire working of CPU and ensure that the customers are being on boarded after completion of requisite formalities as per banks SOP & compliance policy of the bank besides following the guide lines given by SBP.
- Ensure to check documents and where required escalates to the relevant offices for completion of information, documents and approvals as customer Risk Profiling classified by system as Low, Medium, High as per policy of the bank.
- Ensure that the data inputted in the account opening system of the bank is correct, verifiable and authentic as per laid down standards and controls.
- Ensure that standard documented turnaround time (TAT) for opening of accounts / Legacy accounts maintenance and update is being strictly observed.
- Communication with branches and concerned teams of other divisions for obtaining relevant information and documents and signature upload activities and Ensure that the Departments gets the best possible rating during Audit
