- B.Com / M. Com / BBA or equivalent
Experience:
- 0 to 3 years experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for registering new patients and get patient’s signature on patient face sheet (after getting patient’s verification about all details) and Checking the validity of panel referral letter/ panel card copies. Charging the fee of prescribed investigations, consultation & other procedure of patients.
- Responsible for collection of charges and giving payment slip to patients. Responsible for identifying patient with full name and MR number. Responsible for Maintaining the files record accurately and getting patient’s signature on all required documents.
- Prepare the registration card for patients.
- Submission of Daily Cash to Accounts. Submission of Panel Letter/ Card Copies to supervisor for reconciliation of panel on next day.
- Responsible for facilitating patient through manual charging in case of system failure. Responsible for entering all manual charging in system after withdrawal of code Grey.
- Specimen and token generation for Lab Charging. Facilitate walk-in Patient by giving appointments as per OPD protocol.
- Call patient on their turn through Q-Matic Token system.
