• Intermediate / A-Level / Equivalent

Experience: 

• 0 to 3 years experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Show courtesy and tact in communication with patients, relatives and visitors and assisting them in their needs.
• Receive Medical Record files on counter and coordinate with Medical Record Department for any missing file.
• Schedule / Reschedule consultant’s appointments when required. Serve as primary resource for clinical support.
• Maintain and ensure comfortable, clean and safe environment for patients and Answering and screening telephone calls and delivering messages promptly to the concerned person.
• Initiate and send maintenance requisitions; and ensuring work completion. Handle computer and other communication devices properly and following up with regular maintenance and coordination with concerned department.
• Effective communication with IPD and OPD.
• Ensure effective front desk customer dealing.
• Respond to any verbal complain & try to resolve it immediately. Maintain confidentiality of patient’s information.
• Guiding patients as per patient’s needs on different Shifa services and patient care intimations.
