Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.OR Ex-Army Officer from Corps of Engineer. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure adherence to FWO’s operational standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions to address any financial discrepancies.
- Oversee procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
