Experience:
- 08 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of international contracts and standards (e.g., FIDIC, RICS, NEC). Excel)
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit reports including PMR, ePMR and ePMS on execution plan. Ensure payments record from the clients and clearance of outstanding dues.
- Calculate & ensure quantum of work done as per design.
- Responsible for preparation of rate analysis.
- Prepare price / forecast the cost of the different material needed for the project. Prepare tender document, contract budget bills of quantities and other documents.
- Measure and value the work done on site.
- Prepare all type of claims for timely submission.
- Conduct & prepare rate analysis for all materials.
- Undertake daily visit to project site and ensure progress updates.
