  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience:

  • Experience and/or certification in Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft products    
  • Possess strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly.          

Jobs Description:

  • Offer endpoint support and ensure that antivirus software is functioning properly on all systems.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for local applications. Ensure that no unauthorized software is installed on company systems.
  • Complete all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Manager of IT Support.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and network connections. Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support across the company, both in person and over the phone. Set up Active Directory (AD) accounts for new users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with users through various channels, including web, email, and phone. Respond to customer calls and emails, and take appropriate actions regarding reported issues
