Pakistan Single Window (PSW), Islamabad Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or related fields preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 11 years of progressive experience in business process management, process improvement, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business results.
- Experience with process automation technologies, workflow tools, and business process management software platforms.
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and techniques. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
- Experience with system integration concepts, including API documentation, testing, and orchestration, as well as RESTful/SOAP web services, message queues, and data transformation techniques (JSON, XML, etc.).. Expert knowledge of business process analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive project outcomes.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business process management strategy aligned with organizational goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead a team of business process analysts and specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and professional development.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and focus groups to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and document current and future-state process maps.
- Define and implement process performance metrics, benchmarks, and targets to measure progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and accountability in business process management practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to build process management capabilities across the organization, fostering a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key process performance indicators, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs, to support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving business transformation, innovation, and growth.
