• Master’s degree in Finance or Related field.

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience with hands-on exposure to corporate financing / banking. Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance                  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Oversee corporate financing activities and debt management.
• Handle loan documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with banks for trade finance and guarantees.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity management.
• Ensure timely debt servicing and financial covenants compliance
