Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in a utility company. Hands-on expertise in software applications related to Accounts, Sales, and Billing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer bills and invoices.
• Manage billing software applications and systems.
• Handle accounts, sales, and billing-related queries.
• Reconcile billing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare billing reports and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing cycles
