• 02 – 03 years of related experience      

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor training for laboratory & Blood Center staff. Liaise with the Quality Monitoring Department (QMD) to coordinate and track staff competencies. Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and coordinated functioning.
• Play an active role in enhancing technical expertise and promoting continuous learning among laboratory professionals and students.  
• Be part of a CAP-accredited clinical laboratory & AABB Accredited Blood Center committed to excellence, innovation, and quality.
