Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in preparation of annual risk assessment exercise and annual audit plan based on the audit universe.
- Prepare pre-audit planning presentation for the Manager to discuss potential audit risks & scope, timelines and other logistics arrangements. Initiate preparation of monitoring procedures and systems to be used in internal auditing throughout the financial and operational areas of the organization.
- Coordinate with relevant business function being audited to assist in successful completion of audit activities in accordance with the audit plan. Assist the Manager in identifying risks and controls for processes in each audit engagement and preparation of Audit Programs for documentation of risks and controls design and their testing during the fieldwork stage.
- Perform audit field-work in accordance with annual audit plan. Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
- Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
