- Any Graduation / Degree holder. Courses in hospitality, cleaning or any related industry will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 year’s work experience in disinfection and cleaning services. (Preferably experienced in GCC). Great communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) & Hindi (speaking). Other Languages will be an added advantage, especially Arabic. Computer literate with all MS office. Have valid Bahrain Driving license.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cleaners for the disinfection and cleaning services division. Prepare daily operation plan, deployment and monitoring on site. Acquire customer feedback report after job completion.
- Create training manual and conduct regular training programs for existing team members and new recruits. Work in different shifts including evenings and weekends according to customer preference.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly detailed reports and maintain records. Approach new customers’ daily. Manage sales target.
- Capture quality pictures and videos of all jobs for reports, social media and other marketing initiatives. Drive growth in the division
