Head of Operations Oil & Gas-Islamabad

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years’ experience within an E&P operating company. Strong background in onshore field operations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary asset teams.
• Familiarity with carbonate reservoirs and mature fields preferred 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Overall leadership of production, reservoir, and process operations.
• HSE leadership and operational risk management.
• Production optimization and field performance improvement.
• Well completions and work overs. Oversight of development planning and execution. Budgeting, cost control, and operational performance reporting. Interface with joint venture partners and regulators.
• Lead operational excellence and capability development initiatives
